The terms for using GrammarWorksheet and for printing and copying the worksheets.

By using GrammarWorksheet you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: it generates printable grammar worksheets and asks nothing of you in return.
The service
GrammarWorksheet generates practice worksheets from a fixed bank of questions. It is free, it requires no account, and it is provided as-is.
What you may do with the worksheets
You may print, photocopy and distribute the worksheets for teaching, in a classroom or at home, including for a whole class. You do not need to ask permission and you do not need to credit us, though a link is always welcome.
What you may not do
- Sell the worksheets, or include them in a paid product or bundle.
- Republish them on another website as your own material.
- Scrape or bulk-download the question bank to build a competing service.
- Remove the site name printed at the foot of each sheet when redistributing.
To be specific about the third one, because it is the one people ask about: printing a class set every week for years is fine. Running an automated process against the site to collect the whole question bank is not, and neither is republishing the questions as a dataset or as pages on another site.
What you get, and what you do not
There is no account, so there is nothing to cancel and no data of yours to lose. Worksheets you have already printed are yours to keep and keep using — nothing here expires, and nothing stops working if this site later changes or disappears. The sensible move for material you rely on is to save the PDF.
Equally, nothing is promised about the future. Skills may be added, questions may be rewritten when a correction comes in, and a worksheet generated today may not come out identical a year from now if the underlying questions have been fixed in the meantime.
Accuracy
Questions and answer keys are written by hand and checked, but mistakes are possible, and grammar conventions differ between curricula and between American and British usage. The answer keys follow American usage and the Common Core sequence. Check anything that looks wrong before marking a child on it, and please tell us — corrections are the most useful thing you can send.
This matters more than usual here, because the sheets are used to assess children. Nothing on this site is a substitute for a teacher's judgment about what a particular student is ready for, and a grade label on a page is a starting point rather than a diagnosis.
Age
The worksheets are written for children in grades 1 to 8, but the site is built to be operated by an adult — a parent, a teacher, a tutor. There is nothing to sign up for and no field anywhere that asks a child for information about themselves. Loading a page still produces an ordinary server request log; the privacy policy says what is in it and how long it is kept.
Availability
The site is free and is run by one person. It may be slow, briefly unavailable, or changed without notice. Do not build a lesson plan around it being reachable at a particular minute — print what you need in advance.
No warranty
The site is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be available, or that a particular worksheet will suit a particular child. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or the worksheets.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
